The Erie Shores CoWork Story
Erie Shores CoWork was launched in October of 2019 by Karin Bouzaher. She saw a need in our community for a flexible, affordable, professional office space providing amenities that are critical for small businesses.
Karin moved to Sandusky in 1994, when her late husband Dr. Anthony Bouzaher took over an Orthodontic practice in the building where the CoWork space is located. Thus began a commitment of service to our community, which continues to this day. Apart from an extensive background in the Dental profession and Healthcare Management, Karin also has experience in creating, developing and managing multiple small business enterprises over the past 20 years. One of the challenges of a business start-up is managing costs, developing the business plan and systems in a professional environment conducive to meeting clients and conducting business. Too many times these enterprises operate out of public places such as coffee shops, libraries, restaurants, kitchen tables or home offices. Erie Shores CoWork brings together a local business incubator and collaborative professional work environment of shared infrastructure and business amenities not currently available in the Sandusky area. Karin is excited to launch her most recent business venture to provide this resource to the local business community.
